    What rules govern the Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Program? Competition is tough in the State contracting arena. Your chances of success are much greater when you understand the rules. This is particularly important when performing as an MBE. Join us for an in-depth look at  the statutes and regulations in place today, as well as your rights and responsibilities as an MBE prime contractor or subcontractor. ​

    This is the second of our new 3-Part "Procurement Series" in partnership with Office of State Procurement / Maryland Department of General Services

    Are you a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor looking to better understand how to review a solicitation in the State of Maryland? This session, Anatomy of a Solicitation, provides an overview of the key components of a solicitation, what each section means, and what Prime Contractors should focus on to be considered responsive and responsible. Participants will also gain insight into important requirements, including post-award responsibilities such as reporting.​
