  • What is eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA)?​​

    This is the first of our new 3-Part "Procurement Series" in partnership with Business Enterprise Management | Office of Information Technology and Office of State Procurement / Maryland Department of General Services

    eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) is the State of Maryland’s official online procurement platform. It provides businesses with centralized access to state contracting opportunities.

    Vendors may register at no cost and enhance their profiles by selecting applicable commodity and service codes. Once completed, businesses receive automatic notifications of new solicitations aligned with their selected codes, gain access to detailed contract and solicitation information, review active opportunities, and submit bids or proposals directly through the system.

    Join us for a comprehensive overview designed to help you navigate eMMA effectively and position your business to compete successfully for state contracts.​
