    eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) is the State of Maryland's official procurement platform, where businesses can access opportunities to contract with the state. Vendors who register (for free) receive automatic notifications of new solicitations, access detailed information about contracting opportunities, review available solicitations and submit bid/proposal results.
