Outreach​​

The Office of Small, Minority & Women Business Affairs, as a programmatic office under the Department of Social and Economic Mobility, is committed to promoting the benefits of the Maryland's socioeconomic and preference procurement programs for small, disadvantaged, minority, women, and veteran-owned businesses. Our staff members regularly participate as keynote speakers and exhibitors for webinars, conferences, workshops, seminars, resource fairs and trade shows. From the western mountains to the eastern shore and everywhere in between, our team members are here to help. 

We are subject-matter experts in a variety of areas such as the SBR Program, the MBE Program, the VSBE Program, MBE rights and responsibilities, and Doing Business with the State of Maryland.
